Delivery Information

Inkinablink.co.uk offers Free UK delivery. Orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail. All orders over 2kg automatically get dispatched via courier. We can only ship to the UK mainland, and will only dispatch items to the invoice address.

We ship all standard ink purchases on a Royal Mail 1st class service. All orders over £50.00 are sent recorded delivery.

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 30 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, such details must be notified by yourself within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.


Delivery Times
We pride ourselves with the speed of our dispatch, we make every effort to dispatch your order on the day of purchase. We guarantee same day dispatch Monday to Friday before 3pm. Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next working day.

We always use Royal Mail or courier delivery. Delivery usually takes place within 24-48 hours, depending on the carrier. In recent results Royal Mail delivered 92.1% of items on the next working day (Monday-Saturday) after posting. Our courier service delivers next business day by 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

In the event that we are unable to dispatch your order within 24hrs of purchase we will email or phone you with an estimated delivery date.

It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Both Royal Mail and our courier would leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so if possible please check first. As is customary, compensation is limited to the value of goods lost, a replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Over 40% of lost or missing parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbor or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Returns and exchanges
- Inkinablink.co.uk offer a full money back guarantee.
- You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items.
- You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Inkinablink.co.uk and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we are able to offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract) please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day.

  • Feel free to contact us via Email, by fax or in writing.
  • Please ensure that you complete the details on the returns note, supplied with your order (returns notes also available by clicking on the link below).
  • Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
  • All goods are to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
  • We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent via Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
  • If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
  • Please include your full address with telephone number and email address.

As cartridges are a consumable item we are unable to refund or replace if:

  1. The cartridge has over 50% use
  2. The customer has caused damage

Offers & Promotions
Periodically we will offer discounts and special offers to you the customer we may contact you via email if you wish not to receive emails please reply to any communications "un-subscribe" you will be removed from any mailing list within 7 working days of your request. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion.


All competitions will be audited by our staff none affiliated with inkinablink.co.uk will be allowed to enter any competition, all winners will be notified within 48hrs of the close date


Privacy policy
We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. You can opt out of this at any time, either by writing or emailing us.


We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.
 
The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephones numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to full fill this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.
